One single, monthly fee

We charge a low, flat-rate fee based on the number of beds in each organisation (and therefore, the amount of data you will need to store). There are no installation costs, extra equipment or limits on staff access. All you need is a computer with an internet connection.

What’s included?

Within the monthly payment the following services are included;

Full access to the Mentor software, 24hrs per day, 365 days per year
Full use of all available functionality within the Mentor software
Unlimited use of the Mentor support desk, via email and telephone during the hours 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Securely hosted data. Backed up daily and weekly offsite and on site for full disaster recovery plan. In addition, there are Fully Managed Services in operation, which provides an even higher level of service that more completely ensures the uptime, performance, and reliability for client piece of mind.
Software updates to Mentor (excluding new functionality)
